New Job
Exciting news! I am going to be beginning a new job September 25. I wasn't looking for another job, but while attending a concert, I found out about an opening at a local church for a part-time administrative assistant. I applied, and got the job! The pastor hasn't had a secretary for 18 months, so he is very happy. The church is only 2 km from my home, and the hours are perfect.
I will be working Mon and Fri from 9-12, and Tues -Thurs from 9-3, with an hour lunch. Also arranged to be able to use the grand piano as a bonus!! Figured I might as well ask while I was there if they would mind me using it at lunch! Have to maximize the benefits of the job!

Just found your blog today. It was fun to see a few pic's. Would love to see some of your kids! Hope your new job is going well.I know how very important a good secretary is to a pastor.
